Florida Permit Test Requirements
The Florida learner's permit knowledge test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. You must answer at least 40 correctly (80%) to pass. The test covers Florida traffic laws, road signs, pavement markings, and safe driving practices. If you fail, you must wait at least one day before retaking it. There is no limit to the number of attempts, but a fee may apply for each retake.
